Warranty & Return Policy

We honor all manufacturers' warranties on new parts. Reconditioned parts typically carry a 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year warranty. Defective parts will be replaced with a new or reconditioned unit (dependent upon which was originally purchased), and the old unit sent to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation. If it's found that the part failed due to installation or other system components in your machine, we will honor the manufacturer’s decision regarding warranty returns.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for parts purchased in error by the customer, and not installed on the equipment within 30 days of the original purchase.

All core returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive credit.

All refunds and warranty returns require the customer to contact CNCPros for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before shipping refundable and warranty return items back to us for processing.

To validate the warranty, the customer must allow CNCPros to ship out a replacement part while the warranty is pending. If the customer purchases a replacement part from another source in haste after calling us with a problem on the item we shipped, this voids all warranty claims and responsibility for CNCPros to refund any funds for the original purchase. WE MUST HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART.

**All returns paid with credit card and returned by no fault of CNCPros are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee. This is charged to us at the time of the purchase.**

Note: Under no circumstances shall CNCPros International or any of our affiliates have any liability whatsoever for claims or damages arising out of the loss of use of any product or part sold to you. Nor shall we have any liability to yourself or anyone for any indirect or consequential damages such as injuries to person and property caused directly or indirectly by the product or part sold to you, and you agree in accepting our product or part to save us harmless from any and all such claims or damages that may be initiated against us by third parties.
